Off-the-shelf platforms underneath
The brief we gave ourselves
One place where the island's best experiences can be found and booked, and where the people who run those experiences are treated as partners rather than inventory. No off-the-shelf marketplace platform underneath. Every part built for this.
What travellers get
Browsing that feels like a native app, from the first tap. Live availability, group and private pricing, quotes for on-request experiences, checkout, and clear cancellation terms on every listing.
Around the booking sits a concierge layer: an AI assistant that answers in five languages and recommends real, bookable experiences from the catalogue; a day planner that shapes whole days; private transfers from airport to activity. The whole marketplace installs on iOS and Android as an app.
What partners get
Onboarding that starts with a conversation rather than a form: partners describe what they do, and an AI-assisted wizard drafts their profile and first listings for review. From there, a workspace of their own with listings, calendar and availability, bookings, video reels and guest conversations, plus team accounts for their staff.
Behind them sits the studio's back office: review lanes for every new listing, a CRM, live operations, and automated SEO for each approved listing. Quality stays curated because approval is a human decision, every time.
The machine under the surface
The marketplace watches itself. Search rankings are tracked daily against every keyword that matters, content is planned and refreshed by an editorial pipeline, translations flow through a durable queue in five languages, and reviews are gathered automatically after every experience.
Performance is treated as a feature: key pages hold Lighthouse scores of 95 and above, with self-hosted fonts, owned image handling and a homepage engineered around its largest paint.
How two people ship this much
This is the studio's method in production. Henri directs frontier AI through design, build, deployment and operations, reviewing everything that ships; one codebase carries the marketplace and the whole family of apps around it. The result is agency output, from a studio of two, on a platform they own entirely.
