Staaack is Henri Fayolle and Vic. Henri leads the studio and the build, directing frontier AI to design, ship and run the product. Vic leads the commercial side and stays close to every client. Two people, the output of a full agency.

Yanature has sold hikes and outdoor adventures for twenty years. Its site now ranks first on Google for the searches that matter most to it, takes bookings around the clock in five languages, and costs less to run than before, because paid subscriptions became code the company owns.

Andeor lets travellers book experiences from trusted local operators, and gives those operators everything they need to run their side: listings, availability, bookings and guest conversations, with an AI assistant that helps visitors in five languages. Built and operated end to end by this studio.

Twenty years running Yanature in Mauritius, now also building and operating the Andeor travel platform. Everything Staaack offers is something Henri already runs in production. Works in English and in French.

Henri directs Claude and Codex, the strongest coding models available, and reviews everything they produce. That is how a studio of two moves at agency speed.
